All of your life's possibilities are securely held in the strongbox of your control.
And You ... only You hold the single key to accessing the treasure of your individual potentialities.
Only You can choose to use the key of your free will in the lock of your self-determination.
You can keep all of your talents and abilities securely stored ... safe from exposure...
Or you can unlock them and engage on the dynamics of self-investment in your life.
Your willingness is the key.

Beautifully put. Artfully crafted (in words).
Thus spake a soul who knows...
I am glad that You like it Sweet Cath-Daughter!
Loving You ...
Beautiful post. Thanks for sharing. And thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving such a lovely comment. Have a wonderful day.
I am, indeed, happy that my little thought pleased you, Dear Carolyn.
And responding to your message of endearments, fond recollections, and treasures of memory ... well, I was far too delighted, with the spirit of your blog, to do any less.
Loving ...
Lovely post. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I wanted to thank you as well for sharing the story of you son with me.
The amount of emotional support that comes through blogging of all things, is just amazing!
Thanks again.
Ah, yes beautiful post. I love the way you put this. You can keep your talents locked away...inspiring.
Hugs,
Rose
So very true dear JM. And so sad that some keep theirs locked away when they should be showing them to the world...as you do!
Thanking you with love and hugs.
So very true. YOU are the secret to your happiness.
Thank you for another great post!
Darling Aims, I prize each moment that brings a thought of you, your caring openness, and your loving spirit. You, and each thought of You, refresh my Soul!
I love You!
Dearest Nicole, your sad and painful situation, as described so truthfully and intimately by you, left me no option but to communicate the living reality of our kindred sufferings to you. You remain in my thoughts.
Loving You ...
Darling, Sweet Rose, how true we (all of us) find it to, unfortunately, be! I hope for our encouraging, and supporting each other in our mutual and individual quests to free our personal gifts and realize their joyful riches.
I love you, My Darling One!
Precious NiteByrd, you continually prove to be a source of happy, and sometimes moving revelations of Your Heart's workings. I thank you for your candor, and refreshing openness with all that is part of your living of this "Life Thing."
You are loved ...
This reminds me of that Bible passage that talks about holding the key to Jesus. I went to a retreat once that centered on that passage and we got antique keys for reminders. Apparently I did better remember the key and lock thing than the actual passage...lol.
losing keys
"I’ve been losing lots of keys lately,
I don’t know what that means
But maybe I’ve been better off with things that can’t be locked at all" ~jack johnson
strongbox of your control and willingness is the key......wonderful thoughts...and so true.
thank you for making so many aware of jen....i have found this blogging world to be full of kind, generous, giving people......nice to have faith restored in those qualities...
oh what a "wonderful world" it can be.
kimberly
With all that you have to deal with on your "plate" of unceasing responsibilities, my Darling FXsMom, I don't want you to bother yourself with digging up old references. So I googled the "key" thing for you. And selected one of the articles touching on the "key" usage.
I will tell you, up front, that I edited it ad inserted some of my own 'clarifications.' (at least I hope that they serve to clarify [smile].)
Peter Cockrell, (http://pjcockrell.wordpress.com/) on March 25th, 2008 at 11:39 am Said: [with my paraphrasing and amendments]
I think that, according to Rev.1:18, Jesus has the keys. [to heaven and hell] He possesses them by right as the Sovereign Lord. The only other mention of ‘keys’ in the Bible is in Matt.16, where Jesus gives us (the Church) [the passage actually says that the ’keys’ were given to Peter, upon whom the church would be built] the keys of the Kingdom. We use the ‘keys’ when we ‘open up’ the Kingdom of God to people through the preaching of the gospel.
There are MANY disparate opinions of the meaning of these passages. This (the example presented) does NOT represent my personal belief or stance on any of the several topics touched on here. Just a bit of (I hope) helpful “refreshing” of an old memory for you, Dear Friend.
Loving You … and appreciating your kind visit (and comment.)
As unfortunate as it sounds, Darling kimberly, I am afraid that our day-to-day world isn't too 'comfortable' with the level of intimacy that we enjoy here. (but I am working on that!! [smile])
Loving You ...
Well I love how you change your profile photo and we keep up with who you are and where you are. Much braver than me who won#t post a photo of me just yet while the face is distorted from steroids! Such vanity eh?
Here's a chance for you to unlock a bit of yourself to the world my dear JDM. I have tagged you for a meme. So come on over mine and have a look what you need to do. And read a bit about me.
Love you for all the support you give to each and every visitor, but especially to me.
Well, as you already know, My Darling Cath-Daughter, that photo of me was taken just this morning. So (quite literally) "what you see is, indeed, what you get."
And I am certain that you know, by now, how significant a responsibility I feel toward honoring and respecting each individual who invests a bit of themselves in visiting, and commenting on, this blog. So it is only my responding to that sense of caring investment of my Self, in return, that you see.
I am on my way over to your place now (I haven;t a clue how this meme thing works!)
I love You, Cath!
well damn it all...i'm always losing my keys. this explains it all.
Very inspiring John-Michael
Sandi
There you go, Zoe! That would explain that jingling sound when you wave.
Love Ya ...
Thank you, Sandi!
